[Boatanchors] HRO-5TA1 question

OK, got one and looking over the IF alignment procedure in the book it mentions "trim capcitors, 9, 10, 11, 13 &14..." etc.

Well, I keep looking at figure 5 in the book and I can find them all, #1 thru #17 EXCEPT for number #9  and #16.  I don't see #16 mentioned anywhere in the alignment instructions, but #9 is supposed to be adjusted several times!!

Where is it??
