FS Kenwood TS-930S Transceiver. This transceiver is not working correctly. I
can hear static from the speaker but there is no display and the controls do
not function. It is in very nice cosmetic condition. I have the original
manual. It is from a non smoking environment and has not been hit by
lightening. It just stopped working about 3 years ago.Pictures available.
