It a PULSE triode- many KW out, for a microsecond or two, used in pairs or
quads in Ring Oscillators. Typically several hundred MHz. It's the Big
Brother of the 15E and can only be tested with the OAW special tube
tester. It is a single triode, not a dual as shown some places.

Some Audiophools build silly amps with them.  They are not particularily
valuable...  maybe $10 - $20.
