  It is a repackaged 100TL with low inductance plate and grid leads for oscillator applications.
The filament is usually fed thru a pair of RF chokes. The grid and plate are connected to 
parallel line or coaxial resonators

I like the idea of using unusual & unexpected tubes as simple transmitter stages... There are so many boxes of possibilities here!!
Use a mailbox or some other unexpected object as a chassis too of course.
