Meissner Signal Shifter, 

This is a beautiful example of one of the coolest little transmitter / VFO devices from the 
golden age of radio. It uses several tubes and has an 807 RF final! Rated at 5 watts.

Has a built-in power supply for 120V AC use. This is one of the nicest ones I have ever seen.
