[Boatanchors] Metal Clip for Miniature Tubes

I'm restoring a R-520/URR military Trans Oceanic radio.  Mounted in the back
door is a fixture that holds spare tubes.  Each position has two spring
clips that hold a tube.  Two of the positions are missing half their clips.
Does anyone have any suggestions where I might find suitable clips?
