[Boatanchors] Anyone Familiar with Raytheon EL34 Made in Germany?

Hello All,

I have one of these with yellow labeling on the glass (much of it missing).  It is Raytheon, with 'GERMANY' printed on the glass as well.  I do not see much else such as a date code.  The getter is shaped like a small flying saucer and is located at the bottom of the tube.

Anyone seen one of these?  Siemens perhaps?  Did not see much out on the web.
