Harvey Wells TDS-50 D "Bandmaster Deluxe"
Transmitter For Sale:

The TDS-50 D is a transmitter covering from 80 thru
2 meters, with about 50 watts input, using an 807
final.  It is an AM and CW transmitter, with a pair
of 6L6's for modulators. The brochure says "100%
break-in operation."

The Bandmaster was first produced in 1949, but this
is the "D" model that has the speech preamplifier, and
is likely early 1950's vintage -- but it is still at
least 60 years old.

This one came from a silent key, and has not been fired
up for years.  It consists of the transmitter only.
Cosmetically it is in good shape considering its age.
Electrically, the condition is unknown.

Paper work, including a copy of the original sales brochure
showing it being sold for $137.50 in April 1951, is included
for $100 plus shipping from Florida.
