[Boatanchors] Help Identifying

Hey Guys,
 
I'm a sucker for homebrew gear and just bought an hf linear on  eBay.  The 
problem is that the tube sockets are not populated and I don't  have a clue 
as to what ought to go in there.  It's completed item  221494969447.  Hope 
someone in the group can give a heads up as to the  identity of the tubes.
