[Boatanchors] ARRL Band Plan

One could easily conclude that this committee is doing the same as the Digital Committee did a few years ago with their hated and rejected band plan that would have given even more space to the Winlink-Pactor community, which is a small group using amateur radio to avoid paying for maritime Internet access and operating unattended machines that do not belong on HF. Bogus solution not in the interest of amateur radio.

It was roundly rejected. Now we have another wonderful ARRL committee busily working away... This latest band plan just seems like a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.
