[Boatanchors] Older mil standard for reforming electrolytics

Does anyone have a copy of the original (or at least very early) Mil
Standard for reforming  electrolytics. The original had far more useful info
in it.

Something from the 50s or 60s or maybe even earlier.

 

I used to have a copy and somehow it ran off. The earliest one I now have is
Jul 1999;
