TOROTRON THP-05-AD - "Best of the Best" High-Pot Tester

The THP-AD series hipot insulation tester with voltage ranges from 0 to 5 kV. 
It features a high-voltage output control that is continuously variable from zero to full voltage.

Looks like it is brand new. 

Monitoring is via a 4.5-in. mirror-scale taut-band kilovoltmeter with
an accuracy of ±2% at full scale. Output cables are insulated for
three times the rated voltage of the model used. 

This is a high grade piece of commercial equipment and looks new.
Was owned by a gentleman who worked at a calibration lab.
