[Boatanchors] Signal Shifters

Wilson,
I have a .jpg schematic for a Signal Shifter with one OD3 regulator and 
another with an OD3 and a OA3 regulator.  I also have a couple of old 
QST copies on reducing TVI.  Plus a copy of*the original  "INSTRUCTIONS 
FOR INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF THE MEISSNER SIGNAL SHIFTERMODEL EX*" .

All is in electronic format.  Is that of any usefulness to you?
