[Boatanchors] NC-200 Questions

I have a nice looking but needs restoring NC-200 receiver.  The dial glass
or plastic is missing.  Does anyone know what is supposed to be in place?
Figuring out how to get the new piece in will be the challenge.  Also,
finding a matching speaker would be nice.
