Estate sale find.  
Looks pretty complete, although I have not opened every single bag and counted every single piece.  The front decal label in in good shape, the chassis and top cover are still in their original plastic, all 3 large knobs are present (1 shows scratching/mars on the silver insert), assembly manual is complete as far as I can tell.
Overall a nice weekend project for someone to finish assembling and put to work.
