Hello All,
Picked it up at a warehouse sale and want to see if there is any interest here. Will wait until after Christmas and then it's off to teardown/recycle.
Pictures available here (sorry for any annoying pop up ads):

Fine print: No beauty queen, has some paper label remaining over the description and logo area, meter has a crack down at the bottom, fine paint spatters (not a functional issue), no tubes (but the labels don't mention anything rare), power plug needs to be reattached with small screws/nuts, outer case is sturdy and dirty (I will find screws somewhere to hold it in place), main dial turns easily, other knobs are stiff/squeaky, inside is pretty clean. I especially like the little metal tags with the tube ID's stamped in them.
General information can be found here: http://www.ietlabs.com/pdf/GR_Experimenters/1954/GenRad_Experimenter_June_1954.pdf
It weighs just under 40 pounds and will cost a fair amount of $$ to pack/ship. I would budget $60 for a good box and packing materials and maybe $100 for shipping from Zip Code 55076. I cannot estimate worth beans, so it may be less.
My proposal: Pay $160 via PayPal to w_b_morton at hotmail.com and I will bring it to my local UPS Store for packing and shipping. Any excess funds will be refunded minus the cost for a cup of coffee.
Honestly, I do not know if this thing is worth more than $10. I just figure I'd put it out there in case anyone wants it.
Best Regards,
William
