You can always donate practically anything to the Museum that is directly or indirectly related to vacuum tubes. And since the Museum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, you can get a tax deduction letter for the full market value, and all the associated costs, packing, shipping, storage, repair, testing, restoration, etc. I would be happy to send you the tax deduction letter template.
