[Boatanchors] FS Rebuilt Heathkit HP-23A AC Power Supply

FS a very nice Heathkit HP-23A AC Power Supply. It works with many Heathkit
radios and will also power Collins KWM-1 or KWM-2 transceivers with minor
wiring mods. This one has been completely rebuilt by N5ESE. All caps and
diodes replaced and much more. It looks and works great. It has the top
perforated cover and comes with connecting cable for Heathkit gear and
documentation of all work done. It has been in use with a HX-1681
