FS: Icom IC-211 ALL Mode Transceiver for parts. This unit powers up,
receiver has audio, but it won't go into transmit, so not sure about the
final transistors. Several of the levers on the switches are broken off
including the transmit switch. The mic PTT does not put the rig into
transmit. The display has only the first two digits working.
