[Boatanchors] Communication Concepts TK1-W

I am trying to troubleshoot this "Universal Digital Readout" unit but lack
any documentation. Was not able to find any on the www or from Communication
Concepts in Dayton. Does anyone have any information on this unit they can
share with me? Basically I can't even get it to turn on. But even if I could
get it going, all the ports are unlabeled. Any help appreciated.
