[Boatanchors] Looking for Plate Transformer

Hello All,

Anyone have an affordable plate transformer available in good physical shape having secondary voltage of 1500 volts (higher is ok) @ at least 500 mA?

Hopefully someone has a doorstop that has been tripped over one too many times and is within reasonable driving distance of St. Paul, MN (max 50 miles).  I am going to assume gas cost for the drive will be less than shipping cost.
