[calix-nsp] Calix C7 COMBO2-24V

Hi list,

I am having some problems trying to crossconnect the ports on a COMBO2-24V
card on a Calix C7. Does somebody have the experience provisioning VDSL with
this cards. I just recently got one to try it out but I dont have any
documentation.
