Fan tray hardware and software hasn't changed much in years, nor has
the chassis. Can you clarify what your customer is describing? What is
or is not happening for them? "doesn't work for him" is rather vague.
What is magic about trays 2005 or later? Serial numbers will give the
age via the RMA group, but again, what is or is not happening that
triggers this belief? Software release? The devil is in the details as
they say.
