Sebastian,

On the 7200, I would go with the NPE-G1 with 1Gbps of memory.  You might
be able to get away with 512Mbps of memory though.  What else is going
on in the box?  Are you doing just session termination or adding things
like QoS, multicast, or other various IOS goodies?
