Yes, that should work. I'm completely multicast illiterate, but I
suppose the only thing you need to do is use the interface-config
Cisco-AVPair to pass down "ip pim *-mode". Or if you wanted to enable
it for everybody on a vtemplate, you could put it directly on the
vtemplate interface.
