Never mind.. I found out when I'm trying to do for more than 2048 sessions,
it complains:

00:49:48: %INTERFACE_API-1-NOMORESWIDB: No more SWIDB can be allocated,
maximum allowed 2048
-Traceback= 4034BA90 403D810C 403D96D0 409F3378 409F426C 409F2678 409F2FD4

Subject: PPPoE session limit

I'm trying to find out the max PPPoE sessions on a Cisco 7513 with rsp4
(256Mb memory). There is a command to limit the max number of sessions:

7513(config-vpdn)#pppoe l ma ?
  <1-2048> Global pppoe session limit

Does this mean the max number of sessions this box can support is 2048
regardless I use this command or not?

7513 is running 12.3(8)T.

Regards,
Yinglam
