[cisco-bba] Accounting gigawords

I seem to remember Giga-Words only appears in accounting records if  
the Input/Output-Octets counter rolls over.  IIRC, Gigawords is just  
a counter that tells you how many times the regular in/out-octet  
counter has rolled.
