Both 10K and 7600 are good, but I would say 7600 is better

For LAC and PTA functionality, 10K is preffered for ATM based DSL 
Aggregation and 7600 is preferred for ethernet based aggregation

If you have both ethernet and atm, then I would advice you to go up with 10K
