For MPF on the NPE-G1, you currently have to run 12.3(14)YM:

You may need to upgrade your rommon too (see the doc).

You may want open a TAC case to see why the CPU jumped up so

Which RADIUS attribute are you pulling this information from? Can you
send me example accounting records from each version and the
radius-server portion of your config?
