[cisco-bba] Cisco-NAS-Port on 10k

[Tassos Chatzithomaoglou]

In latest releases of 10k software, Cisco has replaced Cisco avp "Cisco-NAS-Port" with the IETF 
attribute "NAS-Port-Id".

Is there a way we can have the cisco attribute too?
