[cisco-bba] NRP1 Crash

We had a crash the other day on one of our NRP1 cards, but when the 
same thing happened again a couple of days later on the same card, I 
started to wonder.

I examined the crashinfo file, and noticed this:

In  both cases, the system barfed just after a "no ip access-list 
extended Virtual-Access3......." in the log:

We're running IOS (tm) C6400R Software (C6400R-G4P5-M), Version 
12.3(9), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2) on the card.

Thoughts?  Suggestions?

Its strange, because the card had weeks and weeks of uptime before 
these 2 events.
