[cisco-bba] pppoe web traffic redirect

Hi all

We have imlemented pppoe service in our service provider.
My qyestion is: How to redirect the web traffic from e spcific user .For this user in radius I have added av-pair :
Cisco-AVPair=url-redirect=http://x.x.x.x:8002

But no results
