[cisco-bba] "atm subblock hasn't been created yet!" in log

Yes, a 7206VXR.  These are OC-3 line cards.  

 

There's usually a generic reason for errors - any that you can suggest for
this?

Are you using 7200? Which line card are you using?
can you give the running config?
