[cisco-nas] 128MB RAM for AS5300 - price

Today i noticed that Cisco 128MB RAM for AS5300 costs around $1.200 !!!!
How can such a high price be explained?

I found 128MB from other companies for $300. Has anyone tried them?
Are there any problems with them?
