Hi.
I'm sorry, my english is very poor.

I have a Cisco 3640 with MICA modems and these features:

48MB RAM
8MB FLASH
IOS: c3640-ix-mz.122-8.T.bin
MICA-6DM Firmware: CP ver 2910 - 7/13/2001, SP ver 2910 - 7/13/2001.
Bridging software.
X.25 software, Version 3.0.0.
Primary Rate ISDN software, Version 1.1.
1 FastEthernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)
31 Serial network interface(s)
30 terminal line(s)
1 Channelized E1/PRI port(s)

show running-config with some removed configuration is:

modem call-record terse
modem country mica e1-default
isdn switch-type primary-net5
isdn voice-call-failure 0
!
controller E1 1/0
 pri-group timeslots 1-31
!
interface Serial1/0:15
 no ip address
 no logging event link-status
 isdn switch-type primary-net5
 isdn incoming-voice modem
 fair-queue 64 256 0
 no cdp enable
!
interface Group-Async0
 ip unnumbered Loopback0
 encapsulation ppp
 ip tcp header-compression passive
 no ip mroute-cache
 no logging event link-status
 async mode interactive
peer default ip address pool ipsaasignar
 ppp authentication pap
 ppp timeout ncp 60
 group-range 65 94
!
line 65 94
 login authentication dialins
 modem InOut
 modem autoconfigure type mica
 autocommand ppp
 transport preferred none
 transport input all
 autoselect during-login
 autoselect ppp
!

When i call to this router, all seems to be ok, i use internet as usual;
but sometimes the connection hangs for about 20 seconds (there is no
traffic). This happens when the modem is "SHIFTINGSPEED".

When i use other service providers this not happen.

Then, if i do a "show modem" the parameter "Succ pct." is low (aprox 50%
for all the modems). Two modems have an extremely low "Succ pct." (lower
than 10%) and i had to busy out them. The log of these modems says:

Aug 27 01:38:59 157.92.47.4 1367129: Aug 27 01:38:57:
%CALLRECORD-3-MICA_TERSE_CALL_FAILED_REC: DS0 slot/contr/chan=1/0/4,
slot/port=2/25, call_id=30D4, calling=48053424, called=1400, time=17,
finl-state=LINK, disc(modem)=7F00 Condition occurred during call
setup/Requested by host/non-specific host disconnect

If somebody has these problems or need more info, please reply.

Thanks,
Norberto.
