[cisco-nas] AAA Session MIB

[Tassos Chatzithomaoglou]

The last number of the oid represents the session-id attribute converted from hex to dec.

We use 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.150.1.1.3.1.5.xxx in order to disconnect users.
