[cisco-nas] dhcp "like" ppp aaa - maybe silly question ;-)

Is there a way to have username/password authentication/accounting (with radius) when 
using dhcp, just like normal ppp?

If yes, is there a way to have per-user (security, qos) attributes applied through radius?
