Dialer Profiles.

interface <physical>
  ppp authentication pap chap
  dialer pool-member 1

interface dialer 1
  dialer remote-name FRED
  ppp authentication pap chap
  dialer pool 1
interface dialer 2
  dialer remote-name JOE
  ppp authentication pap chap
  dialer pool 1

This will make a call from user FRED bind to interface dialer 1,
etc.
