[cisco-nas] tcp header compression guidance

hello

i saw something on this recently but...

just need some basic guidance on using 'ip tcp header-compression' on the 
virtual template with l2f or l2tp - this seems risky - i guess it depends on 
the number of session and amount of traffic per session but is there any 
general guidance on this? i suppose its just a case of watching 'show cpu 
proc'?

by the way - this command enables ip header compression in compliance with 
rfcs 1332 and 2509 using the algorithm from rfc 1144 doesn't it? i guess i 
am right but just curious.
