[cisco-nas] Cisco 2522 BRI S/T dialing in from analog modem

Sorry, this can't work on the 2522 ... for a voiceband modem
call over ISDN to work, you have to have a digital modem to handle it.
The 2500 doesn't have any digital modems.  The only Cisco routers
that support digital modems over BRI are the 3600/3700 with NM BRIs
and NM-CT1/CE1.
