I have managed to make it work with the following command (using latest radiator version):
./radpwtst -s routername -secret xxxxxx -auth_port 1812 -acct_port 1812 -noauth -noacct
-dictionary /usr/radius/radiator/cf/dictionary -code Disconnect-Request User-Name=usernameX
"usernameX" is the user i'm trying to disconnect
AS5300 (12.2(15)T8)
-------------------
aaa pod server port 1812 auth-type any server-key xxxxxx
