[cisco-nas] show local users

Still no good for unprivileged vty users :-(

What i'm actually looking for, is something that will enable vty users (prv-lvl=1) to see 
what local users i have configured in my router config, without compromising the prv-lvl 
of "sh run" command ;-)

And i suppose it's not possible to define explicit prv-lvl for alias commands....
