[cisco-nas] reject static users

I was thinking of a way to reject all static users and i came up with the following 
config, but i'm sure there is a better/simpler way to do it...any idea?

aaa group server radius TEST-RADIUS
  server x.x.x.x auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646
  authorization reject STATIC
!
radius-server attribute list STATIC
  attribute 8
!----------------------------------------------

The TEST-RADIUS is used in all the appropriate aaa methods which are applied to specific 
interfaces.
