What does the radius profile look like? Is the line above from:
Framed-Route = "192.168.1.0/24 0.0.0.0 150"
I recall this syntax being broken in some "later" IOS releases some time
ago. I can't remember if it was the first time I tried 12.3 code on a DSL
agg router, or 12.2 code. The 0.0.0.0 above is supposed to be translated
by the router into 'whatever their Framed-IP-Address is' which could even
be a dynamic IP from the local pool on the router.
