[cisco-nas] Cisco 5300 vs Asterisk Proxy

Can anyone help me out here. I'm trying to configure mgcp on a 5300 with pri interfaces to talk to a Asterisk SIP-Proxy server.
Is there sonone that could share a config file for both platform's ??
