[cisco-nas] modem not negotiating when receive ANI on ISDN/PRI

Aaron,

Funny you should say this now.  Things ran fine for about 3 hours.  Now 
I'm getting "%% Unable to create EXEC - no memory or too many processes" 
when trying to log into the console.  It's showing a bunch of 
"%SYS-2-MALLOCFAIL: Memory allocation of 32768 bytes failed from 
0x603AD5AC, pool Processor, alignment 0 -Process= "MM/CSM Event Bkgnd", 
ipl= 0, pid= 72 -Traceback= 603B0D88 603B3440 603AD5B4 603ADDC0 6017E01C 
603A71E4 603A71D0" type errors as well.

I'm having a tough time finding out what IOS version I should be or am 
able to run given this box.
