[cisco-nas] problem with lowe success rate on mica modem (show modem call-stats)

Hi people,

I've attached in this message show modem call-stats output text, so if anyone can see what is the issue in this please comment it.
Previous message I've send contains outputs of variuos troubleshooting commands.
