Joseph,

One way you can do this is to put a translation rule on the incoming
dialpeer to add 999# to the number and then use this to match a specific
outbound dialpeer (then strip it off).

You route based on MODIFIED destination pattern.

Incoming call on trunk 7 is 5088881111
Modify call with translation rule to 9999#508888111
Have destination dialpeer as 
Destination pattern 9999#.T

I want to route all calls coming from a specific trunk to another
specific trunk group. Is there any way, in a dial-peer entry, to match
on caller ID or incoming trunk group, rather than destination-pattern?
