[nsp] 7300 routers feedback

Good on paper but a lot of problem with IOS... :((

On basic enviroments - ospf, hsrp GE to GE with NetFlow v5
crashed or drop a packets on ~200Mbit/s total.

Total problems with PXF, as I understand same as on NSE-1 and 7400.
No if-index for sub-interfaces.

We are just start a tests...
Final coal - MPLS/VPN - MPLS/VPN networks border on per VPN sub-int GE
with trafic statistic.

resume: Do not take without the final enviroment tests.
