[nsp] 12.0(22)S2 / 12.0(23)S1

	I've run 12.0(23)S on GSR, RSP and 7200 routers without any
significant problems - read: crash/service affecting bugs.

	I've been planning on upgrading everything at some point but
haven't gotten around to it.
